Additional Terms related to Fox Sports Next Membership
By purchasing a Fox Sports Next membership you signify your agreement to be bound by the following Additional Terms related to Fox Sports Next Membership:
Free Trial
On occasion, we may offer you a one-time free Fox Sports Next trial for certain qualifying users. Once your free trial period ends, we will begin billing your payment card that you provided to the Payment Service for the Fox Sports Next membership fees corresponding to your subscription plan, unless you cancel prior to the end of your free trial. For that reason, unless otherwise indicated in the free trial description, you may be asked to provide your payment information to the Payment Service when redeeming a free trial offer.
It is very important to understand that you will not receive a notice from Fox Sports Next that your free trial membership has ended or that your paying membership has begun. If you wish to avoid charges to your payment card, you must cancel your Fox Sports Next membership prior to 4:00 PM Pacific Time on the last day of your free trial period. You may cancel your membership by calling Fox Sports Next customer service at 1-888-979-0979 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Time. We will continue to bill your payment card for your membership until you cancel your membership or the account or service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to the Terms of Use.
Fox Sports Next Membership Cancellation
Your Fox Sports Next membership will continue in effect per the membership billing cycle you selected unless and until you cancel your membership or the account or service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to the Terms of Use. You must cancel your membership before it renews five days prior to the end of your membership billing cycle to avoid being billed for the next membership billing cycle. You may cancel your Fox Sports Next membership by calling Fox Sports Next customer service at 1-888-979-0979 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
