LOGIN FAQS AND HELP
As we continue to diligently make daily improvements to FOX Sports NEXT, we want to do everything we can to make sure you're able to login and access your favorite communities and premium content. Please review the FAQs below for tips and guidance on how to gain access into the community.
Q: My username doesn’t work anymore, what do I do?
A: The username field is case sensitive. If your username is “BestFanEver”, you must enter it as “BestFanEver” not “bestfanever” or any other combination.
Q: I forgot my password.
A: Select "Forgot FOX Sports Digital Password?" in the login screen.
Q: I forgot my username.
A: Use your email address and password to log into your account. i.e. bestfanever@email.com
Q: My password reset email never arrived.
A: Please make sure the help email did not go into your junk mail. If it’s not in your junk mail, add do-not-reply@foxsports.com to your contact safe list and try again.
Q: I know my email address and password, but I still cannot login.
A: You must accept cookies in order to login and use the community and enjoy premium content. Click here for instructions for accepting cookies.
Safari
1. Click on the Safari-menu in Safari
2. Click on the Preferences... item in the menu - a new window opens
3. Click on the Security icon near the top of the window.
4. Under Accept Cookies the Always or Only from sites you navigate to must be selected.
5. Save changes by clicking Ok and go to one of the configuration pages again.
Internet Explorer 8+
1. Select "Options" from the "Tools" menu.
2. Select the "Security" tab.
3. Select the "Default" button and press "OK."
Google Chrome
1. Select "Options" from the "Tools" menu.
2. Click the "Under the Hood" tab and click on the "Privacy" section.
3. Choose "Allow all cookies" or "Accept cookies only from sites I visit."
4. Click "Close."
Firefox
1. Select "Options" from the "Tools" menu.
2. Click on the "Privacy" tab and check the "Accept cookies from sites" box.
3. Click "OK."
Q: I’ve accepted cookies but still cannot login.
A: It's always best to clear your cache to see the most up-to-date changes and fixes. Please follow these instructions for your browser: Clear Your Cache
Q: What browsers are supported?
We highly recommend downloading the latest version of your favorite browser to have the best experience on FOX Sports NEXT and all of your favorite websites. Google Chrome works best with FOX Sports NEXT.
· Download IE9 (Windows 7 and Vista OS)
· Download IE8 (Windows XP and Vista)
· Download Safari (Make sure you enable cookies!)
Q: I have successfully logged in, but I'm no longer able to see premium content.
A: For security reasons, the system will automatically log you out after two hours. Simply select "Logout" in the drop down below your username and log back in.
Q I was logged out before the two-hour mark.
A: We’re constantly adding improvements to the site. Some of these enhancements could log you off the site even though your username might appear in the header.
